New meter service must have Notice of Intent from MS Department of Health and 911 Form from 911 office. 911 form must be sign by 911, Tax Accessor, Solid Waste (if located outside city limits), and individual. If inside the city limits must go by Decatur Town Hall and set up garbage service before coming to office.
